On the rare occasion I'm late, you will be given a courtesy call in advance. I'll go above and beyond, and I have no objection to moving furniture about as long as it is safe to do so. I've used steam cleaning in the past, but the system I find the best for thorough deep cleaning is the hot water extraction method. The water is heated to a optimal temperature by the machines heater and then pumped at high pressure through to the wand jets and onto the carpet or upholstery.
The solution which contains micro - splitters then gets to work separating the dirt from the fibres before the twin vacs do their bit removing as much moisture as possible.
