To start cleaning we first put out cleaning signs and cordon off the area we are going to clean.
We then check the area to be cleaned for stains and marks.
We use a Prochem product called Multi Pro in a pump spray, which is mixed with warm water and applied to any stain or mark, gently agitated and wiped with a damp clean soft cloth.
Once we have spot-marked the carpet, we then apply the Prochem Dri-fibre< (which is an organic and natural product) to the area to be cleaned.
When the Dri-Fibre product (which is corn husk and soaked in the chemical) is first applied it is damp with the cleaning chemical.
We then check the area to be cleaned for stains and marks.
