Explosive atmospheres can be caused by flammable gases, mists or vapours or by combustible dusts. If there is enough of the substance, mixed with air, then all it needs is a source of ignition to cause an explosion.

We have a range of dry only cleanroom vacuum cleaners from Tiger-Vac to meet every cleaning operation.
This range of specialised vacuum cleaners are designed for the safe collection, containment and disposal of potent compounds including - Hazardous Moulds, viral Particulate, Anthrax Dust, Stachybotrys Colonies, Aspergillus Spores, Penicillium Spores and other Potent Powders.
The units incorporate Containments Systems utilising Containment Filters, Safe Containment Canisters and 'Nest Bag' collection.

They are specifically designed for the recovery of highly flammable, toxic liquids and are equipped with a series of features and a variety of options.
These vacuum cleaner systems are ideal for the de-fueling and de-puddling of fuel tanks and wings on military or civilian airplanes, as well as for recovering fuel spills.
All parts of the vacuum cleaner system have electrical continuity and bonding techniques to ensure static dissipation.
This range of vacuum cleaners are designed for mercury recovery and includes Mersorb(R) brand activated carbon for the adsorption of mercury vapours.
A mercury separator and jars with lids are included.
An hour counter is included.
This unit is EMI/RFI shielded.
All of our HEPA/ULPA filter are true Filter (H14) located upstream of the motor.
Each vacuum cleaner is Aerosol Leak Tested before leaving the Tiger-Vac facility.
The method of cleaning your range area is very important.
Inadequate and/or inappropriate range cleaning procedures can actually create a greater risk of lead exposure.
Perhaps the worst thing you can do is clean the range by dry sweeping.
Similarly, compressed air can't be used to clear floors or other surfaces of accumulated lead.
Both procedures will stir up lead dust and increase airborne lead levels and hazardous exposures.
The most effective and safe way to clean the range area is using a Legally Certified Explosion Proof HEPA vacuum system.
