Services
Before I clean your carpets I will assess the fibres to ensure that the best cleaning process is selected.
I use hot water extraction for most cleaning.
Other methods are available but hot water extraction is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers.
It does not wear down the fibres of the carpet, it provides a deep clean and leaves no residue behind to attract soiling to a recently cleaned carpet.
I use the latest portable hot water extraction machine capable of delivering a temperature of 110 degrees Celsius (230 degrees Fahrenheit) and fully adjustable pressure of up to 400psi.

As curtains can cost a lot of money it makes good sense to keep them clean and looking good.
Taking down curtains ready for cleaning and then re-hanging afterwards can be a difficult and time consuming task.
I can take away the need for this hard work by cleaning your curtains on-site and in their current position so there is no need to take them down or to re-hang them.
I ensure that all areas receive full attention and this includes the lining, swags and tails, and the pelmets.
Curtains are cleaned using specialist cleaning solutions and heated solvents thus eliminating any risk of colour change or bleeding.

In most cases your upholstery will be cleaned using hot water extraction, a process that is suitable for a large amount of fabric types including cotton and synthetic fabrics.
Water-sensitive upholstery fabrics such as velvet and moirj can be cleaned using on-site dry cleaning with odourless solvents.
Loose upholstery covers and very heavily soiled cushion covers can be removed from site and machine cleaned.
The first steam-powered loom appeared in 1787, and by 1876, the invention of the Axminster loom, a machine that permitted unlimited use of colour and design, boosted the production of rugs and then carpets.

Rugs can be cleaned on-site or they can be picked up and delivered back once the cleaning process has been completed.
Your rug will be cleaned in the most appropriate way taking into consideration the fibre composition, level of soiling and overall condition.
The cleaning of rugs on site may not produce the same results as for rugs that are taken away due to the limitation of space, equipment and drying process; although this is obviously reflected in the cost of on-site versus take away and return cleaning.

Yes it does.
Anti-stain protection reduces the absorbency of natural fabrics by coating every fibre with an invisible UV-stable protective layer.
Soils are easier to clean and spills are easier to blot up.
The colour of the fabric is not altered by the application of the anti-stain protector.
Carpet is ideal for cushioning our footsteps, reducing slips and falls and minimizing injuries when falls do occur.
Carpet provides safety protection for everyone, but it is particularly helpful for children at schools or the elderly at such facilities as hospitals or nursing homes.
