GFM was established to deliver and manage the total facilities management services to PFI property developments carried out by our parent company Grosvenor House Group PLC. The executive team having over 100 years of combined management and operational experience within the facilities management industry.
In recent years, GFM has developed an extensive portfolio of clients and we are now involved with wide ranging sectors such as commercial property, retail, education, public and residential accommodation, including both key worker and student living, together with our long association in healthcare property and service provision.
