I feel it's important to know each other and to assess your individual needs. I then place the most suitable cleaner available, all of whom have been interviewed personally in their own home, but it's not just about providing the right cleaner for you - it's also about the continued support that makes sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
I have built my business on a good service with a personal touch, sorting out problems quickly and efficiently. We know most clients want one regular cleaner who cleans on the same day and at the same time each week or fortnight; a cleaner who can clean when you are at home or can hold a key to clean your house while you are at work.
We can supply you with your own personal cleaner with an excellent back up service covering sickness, holidays or your cleaner leaving and you can have peace of mind knowing we have full insurance cover for any accidents which might occur.

The cleaner will be paid cash per hr X hrs = per week/visit on the day of cleaning, please ensure the correct money is left every week.
The first payment is made by cheque, which will not be banked and the standing order will not be set up until you have had your first clean and we know you are happy.
These hours are fully negotiable at any time.
Clients are required to give one month as notice unless they are unhappy with the service in which case a refund will be given for any monies paid in advance.
