Carpet technician Kiril and Nick did a great work on my carpet. I had a carpet that was 10 years old. In which the pets of my house were sleeping and making a lot of dirt. It was almost impossible to clean. But Kiril and Nick made it possible. They cleaned the carpet very nicely and now it looks brand new.

Did a great job. They checked the area to diagnose the problem, immediately went to work removing the water and set up equipment to dry everything out. The equipment was left for a few days to thoroughly dry other damaged areas of the carpet. Upon returning they check to make sure all moisture is gone and deep clean the carpet. They were thorough and professional.

I used Premium Clean for their end of tenancy cleaning services, and cleaning two sofas that came with our furnished flat. They were amazing, the flat looked even better than when I first moved in, it was cleaned to such a high standard and so thoroughly, and everyone was extremely friendly with great customer service. They were also very reasonably priced, and were actually one of the cheapest cleaners I found in my area of London.
Because of this I was nervous, but I shouldn't have been. From booking to paying it was smooth, effortless and the quality of their service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Forget Fantastic Cleaners or Urgent Detergent, these poeple are happy to clean and know what they are doing. They stay until the job is done. They are also competitive in price. Previous companies cut corners, didn't hoover before shampoing, tried to say the top windows were inaccessible, refused to climb on the ladder to clean the light fittings - Premium clean did none of those things. I will use them again.

Excellent service, very professional. Carpet guy remove all the stains from my sofa and carpet, the girls cleaned all surfaces to shine and bathroom and kitchen looks brand new.
