OUTSTANDING! A million thanks to Steven for a superb experience - every aspect of addressing the issue was truly excellent. Contacted Steve regarding a dislodged joint on an external waste water downpipe - the problem was at a very high level on a beautiful Victorian property located in West Hampstead. He noted the urgency and took immediate action, visited the property within a couple of hours to take a look and ascertain what was required.

His knowledge and expertise was instantly apparent; his ability to clearly explain that despite the major deluge of waste water spilling from a daunting height, etc., he had the specialist equipment and skill to sort it. He was also prepared to discuss options, answer questions including concerns regarding aesthetics and original character of the building.

He quickly provided the required quote, which was clear, very competitively priced and instantly accepted. He understood the work was urgent, it was agreed he'd slot it in on short notice around his existing schedule if we could be flexible. The work was carried out a few days later. In addition to addressing the main problem, he kindly carried out another smaller but also important repair whilst he was on site! Steve is an absolute gem - a rare find - a pleasure to deal with!

Super experience from this company, My roof recently got damaged by storm Dennis, Spoke to Steve who said he will attend as soon as the weather improved, a couple of days later he attended and fixed the problem, something to do with lead flashing. Cost was very reasonable with great payment options, and the work quality appears very good as we no longer have a leak. I have no hesitation in recommending London Roof and Guttering and have already passed their details to a neighbour.

Excellent service from Steve and his team, I recently had some major renovations works carried out at my home, I called in London Roof and gutter to clean or the roof gutters, hoppers and down pipes which they did a fantastic job on. I now happy my guttering will be good for the winter.

London Roofing and guttering responded swiftly to the problem of the recent heavy rainfall directly on to my brickwork. Professional service and conduct from first contact to completion of remedial works, replacement of my guttering and facia. 5 star rating well deserved.

Very professional from the outset, I was sent a written quote 1 day after I completed the online enquiry form. They were then able to provide me with a date for gutter cleaning. The team turned up within the time slot given to me and they worked quickly and efficiently to clear and unblock my gutters. The service also included minor gutter repairs, although from what they told me weren't too many to with, it good to have that reassurance. The cost was reasonable, slightly higher than other quotations I recieved, however the cost for service provided on the occasion was well worth the little extra.

I called recently on London Roof and Guttering in an emergency situation regarding a broken gutter, Steve arranged to come out quickly and found the issue very quickly. Our down pipe was blocked causing water to cascade down the front of my home. Steve and his colleague did a great job. They reccomended I get a full clean of my gutters around my house which they offered a discount on. I certainly will book this in in the next month or so for peace of mind.
