Operating from one van we steadily built up a loyal customer base from referrals and repeat bookings along side on going marketing, and have since cleaned thousands of appliances with as many satisfied customers. Right from the beginning we wanted to establish a professional service, so we accredited the company with membership of the TAAOC The Association of Approved Oven Cleaners.
This is to date, the only association of its kind and establishes certain regulations for it's members. To use a safe efficient cleaning system which does not use any toxic or corrosive chemicals in house, . To leave no lingering odours after the job is complete and to enable the appliances to be used straight away so their is minimal downtime. At the start of 2011, via the TAAOC, we acquired a contract to clean cooking appliances in turn increasing the work load.
Going forward we continue to provide the best service in the area at very competitive prices which we monitor on a regular basis, in fact we have only increased our prices once in seven years, mainly to cover the cost of fuel rises.
