When we clean your carpets we undertake a 9 stage process to ensure that we get your carpets back to a clean, fresh, hygienic and revitalised state.
Spots and stains can now be treated, although some stains can also be treated after the extraction process.
A Pre-spray is now applied to the carpets - this breaks down soils within the carpet's fibres.
Aggitation - The Prespray is now agitated deep into the fibres using a TM3 Contra rotating brush machine.
This machine amazingly pulls out embedded "gunge" such as pet hairs.
Spots and stains can now be treated, although some stains can also be treated after the extraction process.

As a precautionary note - the use of supermarket products can actually make the problem worse as they can actually set the stain in the fabric.

Off site cleaning is the preferred method of cleaning rugs as by their very nature, they are likely to have many vibrant colours and the utmost care must be taken when cleaning them.
