If after first inspection of the property a full deep clean is required we will contact the owner of the property and prices will be double the standard changeover price including an oven clean.
Mid-stay cleans are charged at half of the changeover rate and includes property clean including bathrooms and kitchen, clean towels and linen.

We are on hand to deal with all queries from your customer, who will be given a dedicated telephone number in case of emergencies and we will be at the property within 2 hours.
