A monthly audit of our cleaning procedures and standards is carried out by a member of our management team, alongside a client representative if available. These checks provide an opportunity for clients to offer feedback on the previous month's cleaning and review findings from previous cleaning audits. The results from these audits are recorded and sent to the cleaning teams, so they are fully aware of any areas that require further work.
