On pointe was created by Karen, a Mum of two grown up kids.
The idea was to start working for herself in order to gain some long wanted freedom.
She had years of industry knowledge and just wanted to make money doing something she enjoyed and was good at.
Before she knew it, demand grew and the business took off; but some things have never changed and they are the great quality of service and the personal touches.
We are now celebrating our one year anniversary and have a staff of over 15, all part of the On Pointe family.
