Pricing We price the works on the area to be cleaned or coated the substrate and the complexity of the task. There can be an additional cost of scaffolding if required which is completely out of our control. Payment Payment is at the end of works by card, cheque, cash or invoice by arrangement. No deposit is required unless it is a special order coating.
I have used Cotec twice now over the past 6 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. They undertake the work to a very high standard and the clean up operation was exceptional. Sam even came back at a later date with a replacement tile that he had discovered to repair a slightly cracked one in my roof. There are a number of companies advertising similar services but I would be surprised if anyone can match this standard.
