In 2018 after considerable growth in our business from many repeat clients as well as lots of new ones we made the decision to expand the company to provide more services for our valued clients. Since then we have opened our new office and laundry based in Tavistock while we continue to provide a variety of cleaning and laundry services for both household (domestic) and commercial clients across the south west.

I asked Tracey at impact to deep clean a property ready to sell the house.
The grout in the shower was no longer white, the white silicon was covered in black mould - yuck!
I had tried to clean it with bleach and a toothbrush to no avail.
Tracey used a steam cleaner and her experience of what would work and managed to clean the whole of the shower including the grout - it looks like new now, and by some miracle (or just a lot of hard work and elbow grease) managed to get rid of the black mould.
