The area to be cleaned is vacuumed and prepared by lightly spraying it with our cleaning solution.
The carpet is then prepared for cleaning by using a machine that agitates the cleaning solution into the carpet pile, ensuring deep cleaning and helping to remove pet hairs and dirt.

Fabric pre test and treat: A colour test is performed on a small hidden area of fabric, and any spots and stains are identified and pre treated.
Final inspection: We inspect the rug/upholstery with you ensuring you are completely happy with the results.
All areas will be thoroughly cleaned including sides and backs of chairs and sofas and all edges of the main removable cushions.

We can advise you what the possibility of successful stain removal is before we start, with no false promises.
For extra protection from stains we offer a stain guard treatment by Dupont Teflon which acts as a barrier to spills and marks and prevents them soaking into the fabric, making them easy to wipe up and remove.
We also carry a range of deodorisers suitable for unpleasant, hard to remove odours such as vomit and urine.
