During a successful career in manufacturing management, Simon Dixon had identified a need in the market for a well managed cleaning service that could be relied upon to meet and go beyond customer expectations.
In 2007, ACSS moved to its current base on Bromsgrove Technology Park.
With Bromsgrove's central location and easy access to the M5 and M42, it is the ideal location from which we can readily respond to, and maintain service to our customers' sites throughout Worcestershire, Warwickshire, South Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Gloucestershire.

The price that we offer will be held for at least 1 year and will not increase without prior agreement.
Our costing will be "open book".
We will always refund the cost of any shortfall in cleaning time and will provide the cleaning service at a time to suit you.
We will allocate a specific cleaner or cleaners to your site.
We will endeavour, as far as we possibly can, to strive for consistency in the cleaning staff attending your site.
You will not have to deal with many different faceless and ineffective voices on the end of a phone but you will have access to the Director of the business at any time.
Our costing will be "open book".

ACSS currently employ around 100 cleaning staff.
Unlike some cleaning companies, we do not use roving teams of cleaners, but we prefer to employ cleaning staff who live locally to the site that they clean.
In this way, each cleaner can assume responsibility for the job that they do and develop pride in a site, or an area of a site, which is "theirs".
We employ a thorough recruitment process.
Each of our cleaners is given an initial telephone interview in order to check experience, suitability of travel arrangements to site, reasons behind applying for job and any criminal convictions etc. Successful shortlisted applicants are then given an extended interview at the client's site where they have the opportunity to see the premises that they will be cleaning, whilst also giving us the opportunity to assess their cleaning knowledge.
