We start by vacuuming the rug front and back.
Vacuuming the back has the effect of vibrating the soil that is trapped deep in the rug's fibres and releasing it.
We then pre-spray and brush the rug and clean it with a mildly acidic cleaner which neutralises and conditions the fibres.
This prevents the colours bleeding and assists with preventing the rug re-soiling.
