Excellent result from their cleaning service. Did exactly what they said, really brought the rug alive, with colours much more distinct. Great service well worth the cost. Our rug had a stain and came back as good as new. Derek and Sian responded quickly to emails and always let me know the work they were carrying out on the rug. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!
Had my large sheepskin rug repaird and cleaned. Was very impressed from my initial phone call to enquire to receiving my rug back good as new. I recently used this company to clean 2 Persian rugs that were my mum's. From start to finish they were great, really informative and knowledgeable about the 2 rugs I took in. They were pretty grubby from being stored, not now.
They look amazing! The colours look bright and the wool feels so soft. I'm sure my mum would be thrilled with them and will be glad that I can now make use of them again. Will definitely be using again! I was quite apprehensive about the cleaning and refringing of my expensive 100% wool rug.
