Although we can't guarantee stains will be removed, our standard cleaning removes dirt and many stains. We under take biological stains and dirt, such as blood and faeces, for which we are very successful.
The sooner we are called in the better (though people don't usually leave those types of mess long before calling us!). One thing we recommend is that vanish and 2001 are not used to try and remove the stains, as this can make it very difficult to remove any marks that are left after such treatments.
