If we expect to be more than a week late, we will send you a txt message giving you advanced notice.
This is generally only due to staff holidays, or prolonged severe weather conditions.
To ensure you receive a reliable monthly service, we don't offer other add on services, or take on one-off cleans.
We also limit the number of accounts each of our window cleaners manage, to ensure any delays are not due to being over booked.
If we expect to be more than a week late, we will send you a txt message giving you advanced notice.

If you have an amount outstanding on your account, you won't have to pay this by any other means(paypal/cheque). Just sign up and our direct debit system will make a requested for payment for the outstanding ballance.
