Your payment is collected at the end of each month by direct debit. You get an invoice the evening of your clean and an email when we are collecting your payment. This is usually on the 20th of each month. We only collect payment if we have provided your cleaning. If there is any issue with your cleaning whatsoever then we will arrange a FREE Re-Clean for you.

When you sign up for a regular window cleaning service it's quite understandable you don't want to be stuck with a lemon.

It's important to note that you will have no contractual obligation with us to stay any longer than you would like, be that after a couple of months or a couple of years.
All we ask it that you respect the terms and conditions you agree to are part of your service.
