The successful drying of a property involves a speedy reaction to remove the water, sanitise the area, measure the moisture present in the fabric of the building and install the correct and necessary amount of drying equipment to return the property to its pre-loss condition.

Door bars over time can wear out through loss of teeth or split due to traffic or carpet can become frayed so a wider bar may need to be installed.

In a lot cases the carpet can be saved through cleaning and odour treatments, sadly this is not possible for underlay.
