We now provide an annual subscription based Property Management/Maintenance Service across London.
For a 250 annual fee, we guarantee a same day/night response for any problem you may have and bring a tradesman who can fix it.
A 350 annual fee applies to out of the country landlords whose properties are monitored on a weekly basis for any damage or potential problem.
We have reputable, experienced and reasonably priced tradesmen who can attend to any emergency or carry out after tenant property refreshment, as well as full scale renovations.
