The company was founded in 2006 by Delene Surgenor as a Commercial Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning Company.
Year on year, the company's organic growth expanded into Property Management, and we re-branded to Miller Property Services in 2010.
Now MPS Ltd is a successful Facilities Management Services company.
We believe that it's because we're reliable, professional, and truly committed to doing a great job 100% every time.
Key to this success are our loyal customers and cost management practices.
The Facilities industry is crowded, both with very small and very large players.
Our Property Maintenance division was formed following a number of clients that started to request this service, on the basis we spend a lot of time in their properties already.
It made sense to offer additional services whilst we cleaned or did carpets etc.
Our model is simple.
We employ reliable Technicians/Handyman - who can cover most of the day to day repairs and general breakages we come across.
From, replacing light bulbs to decorating or basic plumbing work.
If we can't fix the problem our aim is to diagnose what trade/specialist is required.
