Services
Whether you've just had a spill, are coming to the end of your tenancy, or simply want to improve the dcor, having your carpets professionally cleaned is an excellent way of refreshing and enhancing your home or office.
A positive side-effect of this method is that it often refreshes the original colour of the carpet, enhancing its appearance.
Using the most up to date cleaning solutions and machinery means that carpets are usually dry within 4-6 hours.
We also offer a specialist carpet dry-cleaning service for those carpets which are water sensitive.

Upholstery is generally cleaned in a similar way to carpets and rugs, using the Hot Water Extraction (HWE) method, commonly known as 'steam cleaning'.
This is the most thorough way to clean your sofa, chair or other upholstery.
We use a specifically designed hand tool, which leaves the fabric 50% drier than the conventional hand tool.
This means that furniture is usually dry within 4-6 hours of cleaning.
Not all upholstery can be safely wet cleaned so we will advise accordingly and suggest an alternative method if necessary.

Curtains can be cleaned in situ, whilst still hanging.
Many customers appreciate the convenience of having their curtains professionally cleaned without the need to take them to the dry-cleaners, or even remove them from the pole/rail.

What system do you use?
I use the system known as Hot Water Extraction or 'steam cleaning'.
The carpet is pre-sprayed with a cleaning solution specially formulated for fresh water rinsing.
This is then agitated into the carpet pile to allow soiling to be broken up and detached from the fibres.
My high pressure, triple vacuum machine is then used to rinse the carpet pile with fresh water only.
The machine shoots hot water into the carpet at high pressure.
This further breaks and releases any dirt, bacteria, chemicals and pollens.
