I have been many years in the carpet and upholstery cleaning business. I believe in providing a professional, ethical and eco-friendly service to my customers. It is a private business, not a franchise or part of a large organisation. This ensures that all customers get a personal service, tailored to meet their specific requirements. Only environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-toxic, non-alkaline cleaning solutions are used.
You can therefore be sure that chemicals do not come in contact with your carpets and furnishings. To complement the cleaning products, only the best available equipment is used, in order to ensure the cleanest possible results. Every job is different, so you can be sure that you are only paying for the service you get. When you make an enquiry, I will ask you a few questions about the work required in order to determine a price.
Once a price based on your information is agreed, that will be the price for the job. There will be no 'extras'. I will not attempt to sell you deodoriser, stain removal, stain protection or anything else.

Services
It is a fact that 86% of the dirt in your carpet is loose dirt, dead human skin, grit, soot, food particles, dust mite droppings and much more, all trapped in the fibres.
I am licenced to treat carpets against pests such as pet fleas, moths, carpet beetles etc., in accordance with COPR Regulations.
These regulations are overseen by the H.S.E., Local Authority Inspectors and Trading Standards Officers.
This allows me to issue a T.I.P. Certificate to customers requesting this service.
The certificate has my T.I.P. number on it and states that the treatment has been carried out by a properly trained person.

Up to now we have vacuumed out the loose particles, applied a cleaning agent and agitated the agent into the fibres.
Now it is time to extract the dirt (its getting exciting now isn't it).
The machine I use is the incredible POWER FLITE perfect heat extractor.
Combined with the CFR WONDER WAND.
This machine applies hot water at 500psi (pounds per Square inch) directly into your carpet, then by using CFR technology on the wonder wand it extracts the water with 2 powerful vacuum pumps, the water is extracted immediately, therefore NOT allowing the base and underlay to become sodden UNLIKE many other extractors.

When ringing carpet cleaners for prices, always ask what cleaning process they use, and how long it will take.
Also ask if the equipment shown on their web sites is actually the equipment that they use!
There are carpet cleaners out there who do not follow the five steps I consider to be essential for professional carpet cleaning.
They will say vacuuming is not required, or agitation is not necessary.
In addition, they do not rinse out chemical residue.
It is important to note, that any soiling left in the carpet after cleaning, will slowly work its way back up the fibres therefore dulling the finished job.
