Initially our technician will protect your floor with a plastic sheet, and dust sheet for any deposits of fat and carbon, then will strip down the appliance by removing all the shelves, side panels (if removable), Back panel and fan (Behind which an amazing amount of carbon, grease and fat is normally found).
