On arrival we will double check exactly what is required to be cleaned.
We place a protective sheet on the floor where we will be working.
Visually check the exterior of the appliance for visible damage and check the appliance works correctly and if fitted the lights work correctly.
If any bulbs need replacing advise of cost and replace if requested.
If there's any evidence of previous attempts at cleaning advise the customer of what potential damage may be present after cleaning.
Dismantle the oven removing the shelves, trays and if fitted, the back panel that covers the fan and rear element.
