We use the PROCHEM Cleaning Systems which have proved over the years to be both safe and effective. The hot water extraction method of cleaning carpets is used which is considered the most effective for cleaning really dirty carpets. For best results all soiled and stained areas of carpets are pretreated before being cleaned to aid and maximise the removal of ground in dirt, soil and stains before being thoroughly extraction cleaned.
Extra treatment is given to stubborn stains using specialist stain removers often achieving excellent results. Great care is taken when cleaning your upholstered furniture including sofas and dining chairs, and treating them for stains. We use a specialist upholstery attachment which doesn't overwet fabrics which can cause shrinkage and damage. We are always on hand to offer friendly helpful advise should you need it before starting any cleaning job we undertake to ensure you are fully satisfied with the results.
We do our best to come at a time to suite you and often work at weekends at no extra charge.

Services
Vacuuming carpets alone only removes the surface dust and dirt.
Shampooing carpets although much better than vacuuming alone, often does not get deep down into the pile of the carpet.
Dirt and soil is still often left trapped in the carpet.
Another disadvantage is that often dirt is left as a sticky residue on the surface of the carpet which has to be vacuumed off the next day.
Domestic machines and detergents simply do not have the same power that professional carpet cleaning systems have to really get your carpets clean.

Most fabrics can be wet cleaned and using our hot water extraction methods is a very effective way to remove dirt and stains from most fabrics that cannot be machine washed.
Our methods are completely safe and if you are not sure of the results we can always clean a test area first before we proceed.
All fabrics are treated for soil, stains and grease marks and drying time in most cases is very fast, normally within a few hours, and often much sooner than that.

Often considerable discounts can be given to rooms, flats or houses that are unfurnished, or where the carpet is in a fairly good condition and has been well looked after and does not require that much cleaning work to be carried out: in other words it is more of a maintenance clean to keep the carpet in tip top condition rather than a restoration job.
Another example is where a customer may only want the carpets in certain areas of a room cleaned, and does not want any furniture moved.
