Nobles Construction is a construction company based in Liverpool.
They are currently carrying out building new houses and renovating old ones in the the Toxteth area of Liverpool.
After the major building work is completed the houses are ready for after build cleaning, Then once the last bits of work are completed in the house, the last thing is a sparkle clean before handover to the new owners.
This is when nobles contacted us at Spotless cleaners.
The site manager arranged for us to visit the building site so we can provide a quotation and also asses the extent of the cleaning work involved.

Goals contacted us after a fire caused a lot of smoke damage in the office, bar and reception area of their south Liverpool 5-aside centre.
The manager asked if we could carry out the smoke damage cleaning ASAP as it was a unsafe working environment.
The smoke damage cleaning was in preparation for the painters to carry out a restoration.
We visited the premises the same day to asses what work was needed.

X1 Lettings got in contact with us after searching online for a trustworthy professional cleaning company to carry out a deep clean on X1 The Edge student accommodation, based in Liverpool City Centre.
Upon meeting with the manager we were made aware of the really bad condition some of the rooms were in and with a very small change over period of time they needed a company who can handle the pressure and make sure the rooms are in a Spotless condition before the next students move in.
X1 lettings used another cleaning company the year before and they did not finish the cleaning work on time and really let X1 down, something we knew could guarantee would not happen with Spotless cleaners.

After we completed our work the store was Spotless ready to be stocked for the opening to customers.
