R&D Cleaning Services Ltd provides professional, quality cleaning and maintenance services, specifically tailored to meet client needs. The aim of the Company & its Directors is to maintain a successful organisation that provides Safe & Secure Employment for all employees by giving its clients a truly Professional & Flexible Quality Service.

The main scope of our service is to take on the responsibility for the Cleanliness, Hygiene & General presentation of our Client's premises, presenting them in a manner that we & our clients can be proud of.
Services
Following an initial consultation meeting with a prospective client to establish all their needs and objectives, a full site survey would be carried out.
From this meeting and survey a full report and proposal would be prepared and presented back to the client.
Within the report there would be a full survey results and recommendations section, along with a method of operation, staffing suggestions, cleaning specification, chemical, products & machinery allocation.
Prior to commencement of contract the current cleaning staff would be interviewed to ensure we meet any T.U.P.E implications or alternative local staff would be recruited and appropriate references would be sought.
For all those jobs that a full time maintenance person would normally do but unfortunately you do not have enough work to justify the cost of a directly employed person.
From changing a light bulb, oiling a door, putting some salt on a snow covered path, fitting a new toilet seat etc to carrying out pre- programmed hedge cutting, lawn cutting and general grounds maintenance are some of the additional maintenance services available from R&D Cleaning.
Just one telephone call and the maintenance requirement will be organised for you.
We generally use quality products supplied by the Jangro Group but can source specific products you may already be using or we can find a suitable alternative.
For most clients we monitor and maintain on their behalf the necessary stocks on site to ensure that they never run out.
Equally we keep the stock level to a minimum to assist in budget control.
These supplies are normally delivered direct to site on a fortnightly basis with a delivery note for your records.
If an emergency situation arose a delivery can be made before the next cleaning shift (maximum 24 hours).
In high security areas or just to meet client specific needs photo identification badges can be issued to all appropriate staff.
Prior to commencement of contract we would need to be informed of any specific security requirements relating to the clients premises in order for our staff to conform and where possible we would suggest an out of hours client contact number was made available.
In accordance with legal requirements we have in place Employer's Liability Insurance to the value of 10,000,000 along with Public Liability Insurance to the value of 2,000,000.
Do you offer a National Service?
We are a Midlands based company but may consider a contract for multi sites throughout the UK as long as we are confident that we could provide a consistent service that meets the client's requirements.

What does your weekly charge include?
Generally we provide a full service that includes the supply of cleaning staff who are recruited, employed, fully trained, uniformed and managed by us.
We do not use agency staff, relief staff are provided for sickness and holiday cover from our own pool of labour.
