We use 100% pure water to give a far superior clean from the safety of the ground.
We do not use ladders to clean windows, but we do carry them to gain access above garages and extensions.

We have a number of large commercial cleaning contracts in and around the Preston area.
These include high schools, football grounds, hotels and nursing homes.
We are able to clean windows on tall buildings using the pure water fed pole method to a height of 45 foot and to empty gutters with the gutter vacuum to a height of 30 foot.

Conservatories are cleaned in exactly the same way as the full house PVC clean, using the pure water fed pole method and spraying a PVC cleaning chemical onto the brushes or directly onto the conservatory and rinsing with pure water.
The whole conservatory is cleaned from the finials/crestings on the roof, down to the cills on the windows at the bottom.
This method achieves great results and gives your conservatory a nice new shine.

To empty gutters we use a specialist gutter vacuum which enables us to suck out all the debris/silt/dirt from the gutters.
This is achieved by connecting the gutter vacuum hose to carbon fibre pole sections which are placed in the gutters to clean out the gutters from the safety of the ground, with up to 30 foot in reach this enables us to reach over conservatories/extensions or previously difficult areas where ladders can not be used safely.
Once the gutters are emptied we check all downspouts are clear by flushing them with water to ensure there are no blockages and the water runs freely to the drains.
