The Ethical Cleaning Company is not just our name but our nature. We treat our staff the way they should be treated, with the opportunity to pursue an NVQ Level 2 in cleaning (in addition to our own in-house training) free of charge. Every client is visited at least once a week by the Area Management Team to ensure we are maintaining our usual high standards and when a proposal is submitted we use open-book costing so that our clients can see how the charge is broken down.

It was while working for these companies that I was able to pull together the ideas behind what we do now, Andy said.
